Coping With Stress

The most common question that is seen by doctors, psychologists, clinics, help lines and other social circles is that I am fade up with stress how do I cope with my stress levels.

There are just dozens of remedies and ways but there’s not one just magical cure, one has to deal with his/her stress in an individual special manner, what works for one may not work for another, however here are some effective methods, which will deal with almost every aspect of stress:

– Change of your thinking
– Change your behaviour
– Change your life style
– Practice reframing of thoughts
– Use the power of positive thinking as your strongest and the ultimate tool
– Change your behavior
– Be assertive
– Get organized/learn the technique of time management
– Express your feelings more often or always/ventilate yourself
– Develop a strong sense of humour
– Pick up some hobby
– Change your life style
– Healthy diet is the key to healthy mind and body and ultimately healthy thinking
– Exercise regularly
– Drink gallons of water
– Pet therapy is indeed very effective
– Try meditation a sure shot method to distress you
– Deep breathing practice
– Nature walks and imagery are extremely helpful
– Practice the magic of hydrotherapy, a warm hot bath is extremely fruitful
– Indulge in soulful music therapy
– Grab enough sleep as when you wake up no lethargy should be seen/felt
– Make time for leisure
