Making it difficult to cope with distractions, consumes ample lot of mental energy in distraction, anxiety, frustration and temper, this energy should have been used and devoted to the work in hand rather than in these negative energies.

LONG TERM PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS

According to Rahne-holmes life change index the different stress levels have different points and if your add ons are 100 then your risk factor is 10% increase of illness in the next two years, 100-130 points may point out for 50% increase in illness in the next two years, above 300 points will indicate your high risk zone and dangerous risk of illness over the next two years.

Thus one has to decide what target levels we will decide for our optimal well being.
