Stress that Stress! [Part-2]

But today, there are few animals to contend with, unless you happen to work in a zoo or live out in the wild somewhere, but the mammoth beast is in you or any or some of your action or circumstance can trigger off that beast to take over and that beast is stress.

Our stress response is more likely to be triggered off by overwhelming response at home or at work, by loneliness, by fear of any kind of insecurity. Not only the stress termite will make you hollow inside outside but it can also trigger on the usage of alcohol, drug abuse which will place us at even greater health risk factor zone. It can even jeopardize our relationships by leading to emotional outbursts, and in some cases physical violence.

On the contrary life without stimulus would be extremely boring and dull and would too much or surplus of stimulus could lead to unpleasant and tiring life style thus even harming the physical and mental state of our minds and health, too much stress can rapidly interfere with the working ability of the body both mentally and physically and high stress levels over a sustained period of time could utterly damage our health without repairable amounts.
The word stress has been taken from engineering jargon; in essence it means deformation or deformative changes that has been caused by the external factors and the internal factors that will work on it.

ELASTIC LIMIT it’s the state of body where it can withstand a maximum amount of stress and still return to its normal state. This applies to people on an individual basis and also depending on the type of stress and along with the elastic limit as every individual has got a different threshold of elastic limit. It’s when the body reaches beyond the elastic point and the ultimate snapping point beyond that if degree of stress increases then the damage done to our bodies mental and physical both is but irreparable.

The art of stress management lies in the point where you keep yourself at a level of stimulation that is healthy and enjoyable. Mostly people believe that aspects of their life and work can cause stress. It is also true that stress can also be triggered by the environment one is in, food, drink, lifestyle we consume and live, there are also several other factors which act as catalyst to trigger your stress levels.
