As it has been rightly said that haste makes waste but this applies also as per the situations depending on that one must proceed but give yourself enough time to do things and perform well, as if in haste things done incorrectly it would ultimately lead to improper outcome resulting in unhappiness remember no one just no one is perfect in this whole world so just try to things properly even but don’t make it a mania which will later dominate the working of the whole entity.

12. Start identifying and recognizing people and reasons which makes you unhappy don’t eradicate them but try to avoid them as much as possible and don’t let anything or anyone hinder your happiness.

Avoid working to defeat people who disagree with you rather than do your own stuff try to convince the opposition but don’t make the extreme effort to please someone or to consent someone to your thought process and sublimate in your party just do your stuff things will fall into place sooner or later and even if it’s not don’t bother go ahead and do your stuff always remember you can’t make everyone happy at the same time but always prioritise your own happiness first, then other things in the secondary phase just be you don’t bother about others they are ought to say something whether good or bad you listen to your own heart and mind and go ahead without harming anyone or creating any harmful situation towards you or the society.

Forgive yes forgive if the circumstance demands it but don’t overdo it as in the later phase it would be taken for granted and mistakes will be committed repeatedly, thinking to be forgiven every time it happens without even taking the responsibility. Go ahead forgive but remember without hurting your self-esteem as forgiven someone is an act of compassion done by heart no body or mind plays any role here so cease to harbour, give up, let go but then don’t make it a habit that things will be taken for granted.

Always know that when judgemental train of thought ends, then and there the damage to the mind ends and thus damage to the body also ceases caused by being judgemental or overjudgemental don’t harm yourself by judging people from your own spectacles of prior setup thought process or any other mindset.
