My Little Stars [Poem]

My Little Stars

Tiny, tiny little balls,
Shiny, shiny little stars,
Float high, high, high up in the sky,
They shimmer & shine up in the black sky,
But nothing less than diamonds,
They are fiery like lava,
When they collide they can make a supernova,
Up in the black sky it looks like a lone star,
But that’s my favorite polar star,
Who guides the ships & the sailors,
In the deep seas when their boats & ships swing & swirl,
On the swollen black waters of the raging seas.
Are the big rain drops the tears of stars!?
Do the stars cry!?
As mum has told me when somebody dies they become a star,
But although they stay billion light years far away,
But they have got the power to watch me from so far away,
But do they cry when they miss me?
Or I tell them not to miss me but to kiss me,
As I will also cry when they miss me.
When I see a shooting star,
Then I know that stars are not very far away from me.
