6. TAKE YOURSELF OUTDOORS –

Try to move your fitness routines to the outdoors, open playgrounds without compromising on your workout intensity & without bursting your wallet… people who regularly go to gyms they cannot visualize themselves without those equipments on which they are so dependent, so outdoors becomes impossible & even when people try to walk on their own that walk no longer becomes brisk but turns out to be a stroll which enhances their carbohydrate appetite & makes them sleep more, when you walk or run alone you need to keep in mind the speed, time distance relationship in mind for proper result oriented workout schedule, otherwise it will just be a waste of time as we should potentially stress on the strength training part as well since it brings out muscular development thus being a strong support system for your skeleton system as well, people usually don’t visualize themselves slipping into those pair of running shoes and take multiple rounds of a local park or may be in your open terrace if you have so, people need to understand the importance of cardio vascular exercise and they should understand it also what it is meant for not just that you have a bountiful of muscle mass but the stamina part is nil that can only be enhanced when we get along with cardio, your workout regime should not stress on just one type of fitness program but it should have a holistic approach towards your body as whole not just physically but mentally as well, it should be wholesome combination of different workouts meant for different parts of the body and by working out in the open one can very strongly adhere onto the different benefits of workout reaping a good strong agile healthy body. If the repetitive playlist, monotonous ambience and exaggerated clamping of machine by enthusiastic members keep you from heading to the gym, exercising outdoors will provide your routine an essential overhaul and always keep you fresh and awakened, outdoor workouts help to build the functional strength to be utilized for daily activities, the strength stays with you even if you take a sabbatical from training…
