GC has an enormous account of doing all this non stereotype maddening stuff as there are people who might think all this is out of this world, lunatic things, whenever GC’s travelling by road & taking breaks in between small towns/villages we get to acknowledge ourselves with so many gifts that life has to offer it may range from local landscapes, to local agricultural methods or even local cuisines, can even take a dip in a village pond, play a 20/20 match with the local kids…
GC always carry some niblets to share with these kids it’s so refreshingly rejoicing to see the smile on their face, thus again reliving the feeling of a huge extended family, a better way to stop is even at road side eating joints called ‘DHABAS’ in INDIA where GC get to meet so many people mostly truck drivers who have so much to share for, they are from different states going to different places some carrying mangoes, or any other food products, the loads may range from livestock to automobiles, you name it you have it the most precious part they have so many experiences to share with, going to some distant places leaving their families back home not even knowing what awaits them on their journey but still smiling & happy, ready to share a ‘khat’ locally weaven cot by ropes & wood over a platter of hand baked crisp ‘tandoori roti’ bread form & ‘dal tadka’ lentils made with spices but you can imagine their wholeheartedness until you meet one…
