GC even had a close look of the famous Chambal ghati or Chambal valley, halting there studied the topography and geographical formation of that area what a magnificent view, from there on via the small and big towns of UP and its neighboring places, team reached Khatauli for some refreshment but again very saddened to see those extra concrete jungles and deforestation just for a few bucks… the land was strewned by the hoardings of the land developers and their contact numbers, not to mention the mouthwatering taste of gazak (sweets made out jaggery, peanuts and sesame seeds) in many different forms.
This we gathered in Meerut and from then on via Roorkee to Dehradun and viola what a clustered amount of construction has been done just land developers and malls but will that change the life style or the thought process of people, rather people are getting more lazier and dumb headed and those the telltale fast foods are but doing nothing good but welcoming cancers and other terminating chronic diseases as an welcoming gift, which by all means has to be discarded and avoided.
With much of the hullaboo and successful counseling session, GC and its team visited the sulphur springs of Shstradhara and again that similar view of concrete jungles just anywhere where ever you could find a bit of a space, without any inclination of what devastation will occur if a violent tip toed earthquake knocks on your door nothing just nothing would be left then we are no one to blame nature as Dehradun is on a high risk zone with very active tectonic plate movements, a hell lot of land sliding will just envelope every bit that comes on its way anyways lets watch and wait for the ultimate threshold of prakriti or nature.
to be continued…
