Control the timing of stressful events. Try not to make major decisions when you are over tired or anxious you may go wrong at that given point of time.

Thus GC always did and will suggest that no matter what you do spends time with your body by sweating out yourself in any form of cardiovascular form of exercise or anything else but please manage time from your day to day schedules and dedicate it to your bodies it will respect you and take care of you as well, the way you beat, breathe sleep in the same way workout your bodies for your good thus save some time from the time slot of your life by proper time management and prioritizing by your needs and requirements but yes keeping your body and health in the prime priority list you will not regret for that trust GC’s words.
