Along the years I have observed people complaining about the stubborn fat not shedding off from any particular area or from the whole body as a whole, they will complain the eating pattern is right but still the fat is not vanishing.

The problem lies in the adequate balance between the input and the output, the basic metabolism rate, life style even the thought process whether you are eating to quench your hunger or using it as a tool to elevate your negative moods which forces to gobble more and then regret about the whole input but then the results are in vain and the vicious cycle repeats itself on a regular basis.

Dieting is not the key word but to eat consciously in moderation and thus balancing the whole issue of input and output, one should know the when their bodies calling, answer to it in a meticulous manner, enjoying the food, chewing, salivating properly thus fooling the brain to certain extent that we are gorging from a long time and pretty much even.

Follow certain rules of eating like avoid boredom, loneliness, depressive thoughts, anger, fatigue, buy non fattening food, use deceptive method of eating as mentioned earlier fooling the brain, be sly by not knowing, analyse your problems, express yourself some people tend to overeat when they are angry just to suppress it do some kicking and boxing resulting in less craving miraculously avoiding the cause of anger and its after math as well then there is no question of overeating and then feeling guilty about it, have healthy snacks close to you while travelling or in office but they should be energy packs in small quantities like bunch of grapes or handful of nuts if possible fresh salad with yogurt or some healthy dressing but not too oily or soggy, something healthy and filling, try to avoid caffeine content liquids or have in moderation, do not eat in surplus, incorporate simple little exercise in the routine not very hectic or time consuming ones, move your arms and legs while doing office work, neck movements that will enhance your working ability as well, make you far more energetic and diminish the feeling of eating more.

Maintain a regimental weight loss program and abide by it as miracles will not supposed to happen keep the steady pace and have patience then enjoy the results, compose the diet with an adequate amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, vitamins and minerals, don’t deprive yourself of anything as it may cause deficiency diseases and more-soever a saggy withered look which is not welcoming at all above all we have got one life to live for so enjoy the life, satisfy the taste-buds, living a healthy contented life ,try to burn off the calories by enjoying the regimental workout pattern as well.
