Work ‘out’ Or Work ‘in’!

Now a days the fad is divided into two parts either everyone is working out their sweat or people have no time for it basically if closely observed none of the things are true, it’s just that it’s in fashion, but the truth is people don’t confess the right thing but as far as workout is concerned there are just numerous dimensions that comes into play & the more you interact with different people varied perceptions comes into play each one has their own wavelength regarding the magic work that is sweating out, in different parts of the world people have differing notions regarding workout… but there are many varied angles that has to be pondered closely to understand this vast world of sweating out & to lose calories…

1. BE HONEST –

At the very onset of this word workout, one need to be real honest to themselves, believing that what you are doing is just for you & for your whole soul benefit, promising yourself no matter what I will workout, nothing would let me break my promise to myself that yes I will work out come rain or sun, the time period of your workout may vary under different conditions but you will workout that should be the conviction… just no excuses, no time bars o, if you yourself be lethargic to your body then no one can stand for yourself no trainer, gym instructor could stand with you in the long run…

2. BE REGULAR –

As far as the result oriented workout is concerned one need to keep in mind the key to success is through a proper regular & regimental boot camp routine, it could happen in the first few days that your body may not respond to your tunes or it may make excuses with some aches & pains but yes these are in the prior stages you have to have the will power to overcome those pains, may be reduce the intensity of your workout along with the time period but don’t listen to your bodies cries for rest it will continue for the oncoming days too, just listen to your inner voice & keep yourself motivated through one thing or the other, add a lot of variations to your workout even the change in place could also act as a boon, your attire a pair of neon funky shoes could even act as the upper cream coat, be trendy, be fashionable yes not by new tight fitting or body hugging branded attires but fashionable inside outside, wearing the clothes which makes you feel comfortable, sweat absorbing fabric, where you can breathe free feel light flying like a chirpy bird, but be regular even if you do it for one moment but follow it religiously or your wicked mind will win over your body, it’s you who will decide the ultimate, because after sometime your body will actually not allow you to skip a single day without working out that’s the magic part of it the feel good hormones may take some time to get released into your blood stream but yes once it does it will take you to different higher levels of ecstasy & it is these hormones which will compel you to slip into your workout outfit at the earliest, so enjoy the ecstasy that’s being generated by your body & be addicted to it without missing a single day.

You are the one who can find out whether the agony cries of your body is true or fake, if you find it true to its core then better seek medical help, but don’t mess around with the fake calls of your body.

Yes, if the pain is due to some muscle or ligament rupture or any other medical problem make sure to refer it to a specialist not to aggravate the injury any more, but then too we can focus on our breathing part & do it as any workout the end final result is in the intake of fresh oxygen, when you breathe fast, resulting in a far more fresh body & mind even few joint rotations & stretches can be done but protecting the painful zone, this will also enhance the blood supply to the affected area thus healing the injured section of your body & even befooling the brain once again, even enhancing the serotonin & other healing hormones into your blood stream, but the bottom line is don’t stop, even in some injuries aqua workout does miracles as it acts against the gravity thus relieving your body against the gravitational pull, thaichi even is wonderful when your muscles are sore, but all these must be performed after medical checkup & done under supervised vigilance of a super trained trainer…
