Work ‘out’ Or Work ‘in’! [Part-2]

3. MYTHS –

There are plentiful prevalent myths as far as workout is concerned along with exercise fad more or less like food fad, as going to gym, consuming all those dreadful chemical supplements to reduce weight, shakes & food supplements in the form of shakes as well, chemicals in the form of pills etc to reduce weight, all this is far more than blunder, we should always use our own brains before enacting onto something asking yourself pros & cons about a particular thing, always remember what comes naturally would be the best & nothing comes easy no success has got shortcuts like you can lose 50 kgs extra & those flat tyres just by drinking some solvent or may be engulfing few pills that may only aid on loosing water, that water which body accumulates during the water retention process, by reducing your appetite but then what in the long run it will adverse effects on your body internally, reducing weight or working out regime should be any punishing regime but it should be enjoyed at every step then only one will receive the long lasting consequences of workout, it cannot be achieved overnight or there is no magic wand that will do the trick, we have to break all the barriers & work towards a far more realistic approach towards workout…

4. WORKOUT/WORKIN TUSSLE –

The everlasting tussle between ‘workout & workin’ goes on since time immemorial as our physical bodies are the phenotypic expression of what, how much, we eat is directly proportional to how our bodies might appear internally as well as externally, it not that normally people complain about not eating anything but gaining those puffs immensely, or they might just blame in the first hand the poor thyroid, some even say we blow up just by air & water nothing else but think twice aren’t we lying to ourselves or aren’t we cheating ourselves which you can’t do if you love yourself genuinely, so there’s a direct relationship between the ‘workin & workout’ part as to what you put in with such effort will naturally show up on your framework sooner or later, I have coined the term ‘workin’ as so much of effort is required to choose the wrong eatables, then chewing & digesting it comes into play then the release of those extra calories which has to be handled with care during the process of workout so the basic management lies in the fact is how much calories have gone in & how much has to be burned is in direct relationship between calorie intake is to calorie output to maintain a proper structure…
