To continue with the turning point of channeling your emotions neither hand offs works for a long period of time, we become compulsive dependent on therapists, books, friends, family members, clergy and external factors in action for relief and vent out process.
Since all of these exterior people or supporters can quit or be taken away, a life full of feelings can be struck for emotional expressive people about personal emotional skill missing and nowhere to go those feelings and energies that we possess.
Whereas emotional repression could be a burden on the body and mind and it could deteriorate the mind and body to such an extent that it could lead to pain or illness, severe depression or a sudden outburst of emotion in the form of rage or ravishing anger, suicidal urges also gets provoked after a long report of emotional expressive energy, so we have to promise ourselves to commit no grief or anger to take over us or our form of energy and we have to command our unconscious mind to obey this order for which expression to be represented or which to vent out in a moderate manner.
Both the terminology, expression and its reverse repression have its own drawbacks. The hand off technique doesn’t work at all. On the contrary when we honor, obey to, listen to and channelize your emotions we don’t need to hand it off to anything or anyone else we should be capable of taking care of them and take the whole soul responsibility of our actions and eventually emotions. Channeling our own emotions doesn’t let anyone control you or your emotion but it’s you, yourself and handle them properly, remember if you love yourself wholeheartedly and your emotions too then they will also reply you back thus loving you. They will take care of you the way you can’t even imagine their power of healing you.
Emotions play the role of a messages carried from our unconscious minds to conscious ones, they may be the product of our deep down memories, bodies, untouched or unnoticed aspects of our psyche strong or unstoppable/uncontrollable emotion carry not just the truth but also a high level of strong energy that strong energy in return required to heal, evolve and pull ourselves from the dungeon of dark energies thus in other words strong powerful energies are the warehouse of the soul.
