Expressing Anger

Considered as one of the worst destructive emotion if done on unnecessary logic as everyone gets angry but the reason has to be logical one and expression should be moderate and in a controlled manner although when a person is literally angry he or she doesn’t care at all about its manifesto and aggressiveness of its expression.

This disturbs the mental and physical equilibrium of that person’s health, raises blood pressure and plays havoc on a person’s general health, without making any rational decision a choleric person are prone to ulcers, hypertension, backache migraine and other heart related problems on the contrary suppressing anger is also detrimental to the entire body and its overall well being. It could lead to high shallow breathing leading to respiratory problems, and skin flares up, thus expressing anger and ventilating angry feelings are the first steps towards controlling this emotion.

Women are sometimes much more prone to be in the clutches of this ill emotion but it’s much better to drain it or control by workout or deep breathing exercises but don’t repress, it would lead to gradual depression by taking the blames all on one self. There are many ways by which one can get rid of these negative emotions without hurting anyone, repressed anger can lead to resentment, depression, anxiety thus damaging the health. Anger may come in many shapes and forms for instance:

– Annoyance
– Disappointment
– Frustration
– Hurt
– Harassment
– Threats tragedy why me?
– Cool tips to keep you cool

Some magic tricks are given below to control that evil thing in you without losing your temper:

1. First and foremost ignore anger provoker’s people/circumstances/activities.
2. Breathing deeply talks quietly making your point clear but don’t yell or shout.
3. Before reacting count at least up to ten.
4. Speak the reason what’s annoying you clearly.
5. Drink a glass of cold water or walk away from the site will help you.
6. Workout in gym, ground or vent out those negative emotions on a punching bag or a pillow but sweat it out it will surely make you positive.
7. Learn to analyze what is it that makes you angry try to avoid them and why it makes you angry as well, try to avoid those trigger points will surely keep that demon out of your reach.
