Vent Out That Toxic: The Negative Emotions

JUST AS WE ALWAYS TALK AND STRESS about positive emotions, but practically its always not possible all the time to be positive always as every human being are happy they are bound to be sad as well negative emotions are also bound to come so don’t hide it in its better to let that poison come out of you can be angry, irritable sad or depressive may be sometimes but you have to overcome that and the strength to overcome it lies in us only we just have to highlight it and save us from the clutches of bad moods or negative emotions.

Just as termite hollows the wood from deep within just leaving into a worthless heap of powder similarly negative emotions can reduce the human soul in to a worthless element they eat into psyche, ravaging the health and happiness of the person then why why why?????? Should one cling on to the negative emotions like anger, frustration, fear or disgust?

There’s just no need to feel ashamed or helpless about these negative emotions, they do arise in mind or in life from time to time in everyone’s life. Don’t succumb to these negative emotions but rather feel free to take them as a challenge and face them boldly, we are neither saints or superhuman being, as normal human beings we are likely to suffer from all this mixed bag of positive and negative emotions at all times of our lives but we have to master in gaining control over them to do so we have to understand the power and benefits of positive emotions and positive thinking, a sad person will always see negativity all around but a positive person will snatch positive out of negative even.

Unhappy person will see misery all around him but a positive person might just detect happiness even from misery, the best part is not to subside negative emotions but to reveal them in a controlled manner and try to avoid them at the very first stage working upon on the reason what’s causing those emotions and love your body so don’t let negative emotions harm your body or soul it will not happen at the spur of the moment but tactful treating it over a period of time will help to control and avoid negative emotions.

Don’t let them cloud your minds, suppressing negative emotions could be harmful and could be very explosive too if we suppress it will cost our energy, impending our coping ability, impairing our immune system, repressing or suppressing could result in resentment, anxiety or depression, annoyance, disappointment, etc, to name a few, here we suggest you to take few steps before hand so as to avoid these damaging thing happening to us.
