Without ‘soil’ the existence of every bit of life, plants or any other form is beyond question then don’t call it ‘dirt’!! Remove the ‘dirt’ from your ‘self-being’ who just cry out loud ‘me and myself’ but think about your mother, the core of your origin ‘the soil’ and where ultimately we have to assimilate. There is a common practice now a days of blocking the ‘soil’ by cement blocks, the pavement of gardens being cemented tight, don’t you think soil is gasping for air to breathe & also the rain water will not seep through, thus the ground water will also not be recharged, resulting in none existence of life.
The soil gradually will get barren & die down but human beings call it ‘’neatness’’ & we call ourselves ‘smart’ as this is a step forward towards a ‘smart city’ but is this move smart? Aren’t we fooling ourselves? In return the whole rainwater flows down the drain gets mixed with sewage water & results in polluted water which when falls down the river polluting it further… In rural areas the usage of ‘fertilizers’ also need to be controlled as it degenerates the ‘fertility of the soil’, we have to move more towards ‘organic fertilizers’ & our best friends the ‘earth worms’, the smell of all this is also truly ‘fertile’.
If we don’t take care of this invaluable ‘dirt’ then it won’t be very long we will be the ‘top layer’ of that ‘dirt’ & that would be undoubtedly real ‘dirt’.
