1. Stir Fried Cumin Potato With Fresh Herbs…


PROCESS – Boil the potatoes, chop them randomly in the wok or ‘kadhai’ itself while stir frying, heat mustard oil or any vegetable oil as per one’s taste also depending on the amount of potatoes two table spoonful for 4-5 medium sized potatoes would be enough, when oil is real hot add the cumin seeds just for tempering and flavor let it crackle, add fistful of chopped onions few crushed cloves of garlic, few green chili pieces as per your taste, sauté it then add the potatoes chopping it then and there only, add dry spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, as per your taste not to forget the salt part, stir it fry it on medium flame let the sugars in potatoes and onions caramelize enhancing the taste and flavor in the end sprinkle dry fenugreek leaves after crushing it in your fist followed by few sprigs of coriander chopped roughly…

Cumin stir fried potato crisp & scrumptious but with low calorie in comparison to other’s potatoes recipes.
