To the same old potato fry we can increase the nutritious value to a blast level by adding few cubes of fresh tofu or cottage cheese, with a handful of fresh cut vegetables and of course we can also add some nuts like cashew, almonds and even raisins with a few slivers of pistachio, we can also stuff this spoonful of vegetable in to a bun just little roasted, with a few salad leaves along with a fresh serving of salad with a huge chicken breast piece in the middle which could be boiled or roasted that will complete the protein craving along with fibres in the form of fresh vegetables to cleanse your system with the adequate amount of carbohydrate, not to forget the goodness of those nuts which we added in a jiffy even the nuts will also ooze out their good oils while cooking thus enhancing the flavor along with the nutritive value…
We just don’t have to stress on costly vegetables we can simply pick the local produce and don’t have to make a single vegetable but we can mix and cook, of course always be ready to experiment at the maximum level, as in India people eat just one or two ‘sabzi’ or vegetable but the stress is mainly on the carbohydrate part which is either rice or ‘roti’ lovingly called chappati thus inheriting the big fat paunch in the middle which they even proudly boast off as well but mostly these people lack on energy and stamina levels as they lack majorly the protein part in their diets and forget the fibre part which could also lead to constipation and low energy levels as the vegetable which is cooked in Indian households is nothing but a spicy oily mix of overcooked vegetables with spices salt etc but then it loses all the nutrients which it had in the process of cooking so what we eat is just not more than a filler without any goodness…
