My recipes will not be just recipes but a way lot it will retain the taste maintaining the delicate flavour but with a magical twist & the twist is it should be healthy, low on calories, organic as much as possible, heart friendly along with the best buddy for the taste buds, our food pics would be just original no Photoshop stuff or on borrowed bone china utensils, along with healthy tip and a motivational approach to the same old recipe but with a hint of sugar and spice that will linger on your taste buds forever…
My recipes will also be a bit different as they will be less time consuming, multi cooking in one time not very cumbersome in eating or in description, not engaging million of utensils for one recipe, in description wise also one might find it easy to understand but of course not in a very mundane stereo type kind of description with every measure has to be sooooooo precise that it would determine the difference between life and death, but one has to use their brains, he or she whosoever is cooking as otherwise disasters are bound to happen as working in kitchen is similar to working in a chemistry lab where any chemical could cause a blast, the message here is one has to use the upper storey or eat tinned food…
The major motto should be ‘we eat to live and not the other way round’ and of course time is the precious thing so keeping all that in mind we will also discuss on how to lower the calorie count along with how to increase the nutrition value of a mere street food, as olive oil might be indigenous to the Italians but as in India our native is poor age old mustard oil or say some other vegetable oil, the olive oil then suits best under many a conditions like temperature, altitude heating process etc then why stick on to some food fad? Why not be the real you and avail that what is easily available to you and be pocket friendly it’s the calorie that counts not to bother about the source as body is not asking “hello guys! From where this calorie came unto me?”, the correct way of washing vegetables etc how to cook simultaneously many or at least two things in one time and reduce the carbon foot print etc will be the highlight of my blog, how to balance your platter with right amounts carbohydrate, proteins etc but be simple and realistic and approach a long lasting approach… and above all love your body and not making it a garbage box and dumping in whatever is easily available…
Wait till tomorrow for our first menu with healthy tips!
