Learn from the stress you are under
Look for opportunities in the stressful situation
Seek out the positive – make a change
Here is one way to get out of the destructive negative thinking habits.
All possible situations that we face can be classified into two categories:
ONE: Situation and circumstances where we can do something about to change/alter the outcome. In this case don’t have to just sit there and worry about it. Go ahead and take care of it, you have and can control over the situation. Procrastination is the root cause for many stressful episodes.
TWO: Situations on those you have control on. In this case sitting and worrying about it is not going to make any change in the outcome or rather make any difference. So don’t worry about it, let the situation resolve by itself, you cannot do anything about that anyway. The key to moving on is forgiveness to self and others.
FUTURE – Although it’s useless/futile to worry about future events or make plans about it, or it’s useless to waste energy to worry about future events over which we have no control, it is human nature to do so. Plan and prioritise as best as you can, and then be easy on yourself don’t be very pushy. The future hasn’t happened as on yet and the past is not going to happen again so it’s better to cherish and live this moment type of attitude.
GET ORGANISED/TIME MANAGEMENT:
One of the most common causes of stress is being disorganized at work or at home so get organized and prioritise your work and need to make a list where you can check it out every now and then and if you can memorise it in your CPU nothing like it, keep a list of tasks to accomplish prioritizing them and schedule them when you will complete them or set a dead line.
