Injured Bodies & Injured Souls Of The Amateur Players An Alarming Call

Recently as recently as yesterday discovery was made by me and to be precise not just yesterday being a counselor, trainer, mentor I solve the queries it often comes to my mind as to why? Why? Why torture your bodies to such an extent causing irreparable injuries that a young player has to undergo without a proper infrastructure, genuine guidelines or guidance, proper balanced nutritious diet and a lot more unwanted regimes to talk about.

It’s very good to undergo a proper regimental disciplined life but at the cost of what, the most and only most precious thing that is our bodies, physical stamina cannot be generalized it differs from person to person depending on ample factors like age, sex, framework, height weight ratio, diet plan and much more.

It’s not advisable to go for any kind of strenuous physical workout without proper warm up, or without knowing the required gadgets and clothing for the particular regime, the trainers themselves are not aware of the fact the set of muscles used for the particular set of exercise or the injury it might cause due to over, under or unsupervised use of those set of muscles thus rupturing the muscles, ligaments hurting the cartilage support system as a result injured muscular and skeletal systems, thus what the player is left with is vast destruction to their bodies with a bunch of ruptured, thrashed out tendons, muscles and ligaments, to repair it one has to undergo replacement surgical pain and money staking procedures for which no one just no one is held responsible other than the player alone so what are we doing instead with an injured body we go very low, self-esteem dooms down ,thereby hurting our souls and the negativity surrounds, which results in severe depressive tantrums when they do not consider their lives worth living for.

There comes my role or the role of GLUCOSE CLUB where we tend to draw attention towards a more holistic approach towards life ahead of the materialistic approach, I tell the players to train under proper supervision, steady pace, listen to your bodies own call as this is the time when one’s body rebels towards the regime it gives an alarming call before the injury, do not overdo anything, replenish, reward, rejuvenate your cells the building blocks of our bodies, just remember as a person you are entitled to take any required decisions regarding your own body, respect your souls do not underestimate yourself, never compare and even if you compare be it in the positive way, do not think that the sport one is playing is just the end of this world, but if you are pursuing it do it with full honesty, devotion and above all pursue it with passion then only one will give its ultimate to excel in that field and set an example to others.

Above all be the person what you are do not pretend, always be a learner then personal and professional growth is but sure shot, remember you and your body is your best friend, try to align your body , mind and soul that is what is going to stay with you forever so it’s our own responsibility to take care of ourselves then every bit will fall into place as if in a chain reaction.

Think wisely whatever we are doing is it just for some attractive perks, or handful of bucks or for the mere passion of that particular sport attracts you to stake everything for its sake, but above all nothing can or dare to define you other than you yourself do not let anything or anyone dominate you and your lives for it’s you who will stand for yourself so love yourself with a fiery passion then only we will love rest of the things whole heartedly.
