Efe Ambrose has left Hibernian and is now available on a free transfer.
The 30-year-old has decided to invoke a clause in the two-year contract he signed with the Scottish outfit allowing him to leave six months early.
And there is no question that a number of clubs will be looking at him.
Ambrose turned out for Celtic between 2012 and 2017, playing more than 160 games for the Scottish giants and winning four league titles in the process.
Ambrose has previously been known as quite error-prone, but the Nigerian is also a very experienced defender with Champions League experience who is available on a free transfer.
Championship teams will be amongst those closely watching developments with the view a move.
