From Illness To Wellness… That’s Yoga…! [PART-3]

As I have already summarized as Yoga can be practiced anywhere, anytime in the whole world, morning time is considered by Yoga gurus or masters as that time is the best time for fresh hour, the upcoming sun has also subtle harmful UV rays and also after getting up from 7 -8 hours of sleep and fasting your body is light enough to carry on the deep breathing exercises so that your whole body and mind stays in equilibrium for the whole day long as you will be fresh at the end of the day as you were in the morning hours just like our avian friends, after performing yoga your bowl movements would also be satisfying and when your digestive system is smooth no problems will ever come and when your body is filled with the much needed oxygen which is the fuel that runs your body, which is the ultimate byproduct as energy or the calories which we get from food, this same fresh oxygen is attained to its maximum limit when performs the deep breathing exercises like ‘Anulom Vilom’ etc and of course the early rays of sun also rejuvenates you for the whole day of your energy consumption along with oxygen which will result in the lesser consumption of food, thus resulting in proper weight management program without sweating from head to toe and taking quite unlimited amount of stress to reduce weight thus diverting all the chronic life style diseases or diseases related to over weight problems…

The stretching part done in this form of exercise also makes your joints, ligaments and cartilages more flexible and agile thus rendering a soft and supple body as a whole, all the ‘yogic exercises’ can be performed in your office cabin sitting on a table, chair, also while travelling or doing any other fork of day to day chore, no hard core attire required best would be cotton free flowing dresses or depending upon the situation, attire must be chosen but only thing it should be comfortable & fit..

Along with Yoga we must also rely on all but natural products the herbs, shrubs, trees around us have innumerable medicinal and healing powers which is again an ancient healing process in ‘Indian ayurvedic medicines’, only thing is we need to muster up enough knowledge and then practice all the ancient ‘ayurvedic’ form of medicines and healing…

Thus chant with GC ‘YOGA SE HOGA’ or Yoga can do everything…. just believe in it and be regular to gain long lasting result as this is your own body do it for yourself and be soulfully honest to yourself first…
