No matter what we are eating we have to use it in moderation and with few dos and don’ts but use it in the right way to get the utmost of that product and obviously your value for money as if we are not updated consumers then those blood suckers the big companies are there to ozzoe us out of our pockets so we better don’t run after few mind sets and follow few defined rules use your own brain, analyse the product and don’t make idiots out of yourself as to balance the consumption production ratio companies will start producing their own fake olive oil which we may not know is of standard quality or not but one thing is for sure the rates will sky rocketing high as they will label their produce with high intense terms like high on good fats, saturated or unsaturated fats etc but we have to know these terms also to know the reliable factors of this product and also that if we are doing any good at all our bodies even…

But as we Indian honestly how many of us love boiled or undercooked food or how many of Indians drool on cold Russian salad or munch a huge bowl of salad oh sorry fresh green salad mostly Indians love to devour on huge cuts of onions of good big roundels of cucumber their general plate of salad might just include onions and more of it few cucumbers and if you are lucky few bits of tomatoes, and all the tempering or tadka’s that we put on our dal’s and curries are a strict no no with olive oil! Can anybody eat dal without tadka no not at all they will even accompany with a huge dollop of ghee but olive oil will not solve the purpose…
