The Calorie Trick!

Now the twist part one can go ahead with this recipe (Stir Fried Cumin Potato With Fresh Herbs…!) with similar kind of tuberous vegetables like potato, sweet potato arum etc any tuberous vegetable with a huge compact carbohydrate content, but to lower the carbohydrate content if we chop the vegetable in cute cubes or any other form you like and then soak it in water for some time the major carbohydrate will get dissolved in water and will settle down in the bottom of the utensil thus cutting down on the carbohydrate part along with sugars as the myth is every bit will be carbohydrate or fat etc depending on the different kind of vegetable but the bottom line is every carbohydrate or fat or protein will be ultimately broken down into its simpler form and that is sugar no matter what you consume in any form the ultimate resultant is nothing but simpler form of sugar every bit that you eat is broken down into its ultimate simpler form which is sugars, the sugar does the magic then it’s not enough that if we cut down sugar we will control the sugar in our blood or decelerate the diabetes prone problem from our lives, the body also does not know from where theses sugars are coming to it to be broken down to provide energy, it only knows how to break those complex compounds in to simpler forms the simpler, healthier, nutritious the food is, the more convenient for the body to acquire energy from it and also we have to stress upon how to burn that fuel even or it would accumulate in the body in the form of fat…

Another crucial aspect is without adding extra fat externally why can’t we just use the fats, sugars and other complex material in the raw food itself and then cook it at its own expense or by just brushing up little fat or other condiments to satiate the taste buds by enhancing the taste on the contrary maintain the real flavor and aroma of the food, thereby increasing the nutritious factor with the decline of fat factor or so as to say the calorie count…
