5. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE –

The workout regime should be as flexible as possible & it’s only you, who can make it work the term means it’s not a hard & fix rule that you have to have to go to a gym, or a swimming pool or all the time you need to have a particular regimental dress code for workout or any timing fixed or may be some whether would decide your workout routine, no its up to a particular person to decide their workout schedule & no excuse would or should come on its way. The flexible routine defines that you can even workout like slow jog, brisk walk or some free hand exercises at your home or even in your office cabin, or even you can take small breaks & stroll taking a gasp of fresh air in your office campus or some open space would solve the purpose to enrich your lungs, thus the brain also gets charged up resulting in your power boost up brain to give more in your work even as a charged brain is far more fruitful than a loathed brain when all your grey matter is weak & tired crying for some fresh air, we can very well even stretch our bodies in our office or even at home, weight training can also be accelerated by lifting some heavy objects which is comfortable for you & the grip should also be comfortable it may be a heavy unopened grocery bag or ‘atta’(wheat flour) or rice bag, heavy rock or may be a bucket of water to tone up those sagging muscles, so that your brain & muscles gets to know that even if we don’t go to gym but we conditioned our muscles thus oxygenating them with fresh air, enabling them to have their daily dose of health, cycling & even spot jogging could be a better alternative as well when done on a guffy mat along with good padded comfortable pair of your feet gear, even resistance training against wall or may be a tree could even tone up the muscles, playing with small children in a park could also enhance your aerobic stamina, step ups & step downs, climbing those worn-out stairs instead of an elevator could elevate your metabolism rates, alternatively could even boost your slender legs, the fact is your body need to sweat, the face beaming with sweat thus detoxifying your entire body, imparting a soft supple healthy skin, hair & your entire body would be happy with you, the simple household chores can also accentuate the process of calorie burning, try to get rid of that couch potato in you do the day to day house activities yourself that will even impart a sense of satisfaction & dedication towards your house, that yes I belong to this place this is my palace, I being the king here, get rid of those clumsy gadgets thus lessening those carbon footprints even making this earth a far more greener plant needless to mention the benefits are for yourself as well in the first hand if your health is in full bloom every bit is sunny otherwise…
