Sorry That Gland! [Part-2]

It has also been observed under close circles that different individuals vary to a great extent in their response to their over eating habits. Some will gain the theoretically calculated weight while they are over fed and others will gain less weight when over fed from what is predicted. What exactly happens is yet unknown but to sum up it’s the cumulative effect of all factors that’s been mentioned above.

The fact that obesity is hereditary or it runs in the family is a well established one however it’s very difficult to differentiate nature from nurture that is difficult to say how valid an excuse it is. The NATURE NURTURE conflict has also been studied in twins and adopted children which are usually undertaken to be similar in nature has given confusing results, although there’s some genetic factors plays a vital role in weight issues has been clearly indicated.

In summary it seems that some people do have a genetically inherited tendency to be obese which manifest itself in metabolic changes and fluctuations. However there’s is nothing to stop those with a tendency to fatness overcoming it, even though the task for them might be harder than it is for others.

The very common usage of gland disturbance comes into play and heard more often is of thyroid disturbance or some other gynecological problems but every bit can be controlled and monitored safely and undertaken with firm hands may it be life style modifications/changes, medications, proper workout regiments, proportionate well balanced diet or may it be a regular medical checkup and monitor your health and accordingly seek supervision under proper medical personnel and accordingly proceed with adequate medicinal aid and other modifications/variations required by you and your body but don’t always blame that poor thyroid for that extra paunch bulging out from here and there.
