You should know that you have to eat well to stay in top form, must know when to gorge and snack without the feeling of guilt in you, more crucial one must know the foods that do your body world of good.

Here’s how you can follow a balanced diet plan that’s simple and entirely balanced in every form:

1. BREAKING THE FAST – That in other words would stand for breakfast as your body after a long 7-8 hours sleep, or fasting needs some nutritious charging to it to ignite that metabolism plug as your body responds to not eating for long hours by slowing down its basic metabolic rate as we call it BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate), by feeding yourself with a wholesome breakfast just boosts your metabolic rate and get your engine humming, and burning those calories to lose weight and if the onset of day is with this acceleration then automatically your body will be geared up and charged for the whole oncoming day.

Research has proved multimillion times that people who eat healthy breakfast are less likely to eat less throughout the day and be more energetic and are less likely to overeat and be a couch potato throughout the whole day. Skipping breakfast also increases your sugar cravings as well in the later part of the day and your breakfast should be a handsome combination of complex carbohydrates, fruits instead of fruit juices, complex proteins, fibers and an handful of those wholesome nuts and a plenty gallon of that universal fluid namely water so the platter should be a complete combo of proteins and complex carbohydrates you will feel the goodness and wholesome combination of these stuff will energise and keep you full throughout the whole hectic day. Thus as the name suggests breakfast, go and stand by its promise to yourself yes I have broken that fast intelligently and efficiently enough and always just love your body just every bit of it and never be a miser in doing that then you will automatically see and feel your body responding to your call, care and pampering.

2. BOOST BRAINPOWER – Always rely on those foods that are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids.
