Thus listing and prioritizing the facts goes a long way and you also learn to prioritise at the onset/start of each day pick up the single most important task go ahead and finish it but even if you are a multitasker you should have in mind which task demands you for more attention accordingly prioritize. The moments you start finishing your work in a prioritise manner or get all the things then on a prioritized manner you will feel more accomplished or you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and control. Then you can go ahead and relist again this you can delegate to your coworkers and your family members as well.

LEARN TO SAY ‘NO’ WHEN APPROPRIATE/OR DON’T SAY YES WHEN YOU HAVE TO SAY NO.

Although this single line but, goes a long way and holds and adheres on to it an ample of weightage and can make ample difference in your life if brought into usage properly and at the right time without the need of obliging any one. Sometimes you have to draw the line, stressed up people often can’t assert themselves, instead of saying ‘no’ you can also say ‘I don’t want to do this’ or I need some help, they do it all themselves. Then they have even more to do, this line is more close in office part or work place but this habit of saying no must be cultivated in an individual from an early age and should assert your thought process without hurting anyone and even if someone takes it little offbeat and rude but you have full bright to be expressive and stand by it and your choice and thought process.
