HOW CAN STRESS BE ELIMINATED FROM YOUR LIFE?

It is a mirage perhaps, to think of a person’s life without any stress. The pressures of modern day living ensures that stress is always lurking in the back ground. It can’t be eliminated but we can try to bring it under control as stress can be good or bad depending on the type. We all thrive under a certain optimal amount of stress as positive stress adds anticipation and excitement to life. Deadlines, competitions, confrontations and even our frustrations and even sorrows and failures adds depth to our lives and enriching it as we gain experience and knowledge with each day. Our goal and motto is not to eliminate stress as we can’t do it practically but what we can is try to turn those stresses into positive outcomes and learn how to manage it and how to use it to help and develop us.

Insufficient stress on the other hand acts as a depressant and may leave us feeling bored and dejected on the contrary excessive stress may leave us feeling tied up in knots now the question arises what to and what not to do? And how to find out the optimal level of stress and what is ones optimal level? Which will act as a motivator and not as to overwhelm us.

HOW CAN I TELL WHAT IS MY OPTIMAL LEVEL OF STRESS FOR ME?

For all people no single level of stress could be assigned or generalized or what is optimal level for me could be different for an other individual as we are all individuals or creatures with different unique requirements what is distressing for one may be joyous for the other individual, and even if two individuals agree for the same single thing as distressing then too the responses may it be physiological or psychological responses may differ. The person who loves to arbitrate disputes and moves from job site to job site would be stressed in a job which was stable and routine but on the contrary the person who was thriving under stable conditions would be very likely to stressed out when duties varied a lot. Even the threshold of stress changes and the amount of tolerance level varies with ages.

It has been revealed that major and most of the illness are due to unrelieved stress, if one experiences stress symptoms then one have gone beyond the optimal stress level; what you need the utmost is to relieve your stress limits and know how to manage it effectively and efficiently.
