Be The Real You!

If we accept, channelize, listen carefully and handle emotions properly they could be the tools for our own purpose only for further refined use, not surprisingly bad emotions also have such enormous energies that they can remodify the negative emotions in to more strong positive ones as its been rightly said every black cloud has an silver lining as they carry ample amount of energies in them, like in the case of anger and fury which signals lack of boundaries and then if channelized properly in the right directions they could lead to good strong protectors rather than boundaries. Arid strong harshness could be triggered and signaled by sad and despair forms of emotions in oneself or in the environment and later contribute to the healing missing fluidity.

Dangerously wrong or harmful people or act could be signaled by the presence of anxiety, fear and terror pointing towards protection and to move away from the harm’s way if channelized in the right direction. Thus emotional channeling reminds us of a healthy psyche in a holistic or complete form. Completeness may include good/bad, dark/light, love/hate, perfection/flaws, healthy/unhealthy, beautiful/ugly, just to mention a few all in a mixed pack of the same bag all flavours will make it complete we cannot ignore the negative sides and if we do it will attack you with a big boom gaining the energy from the repressed form of emotion, emotional channeling does not interfere with the expression of our needs, feelings and supportive people in our lives rather it offers a stronger (more personally empowering) support system.

When we personally deal with our good or bad emotions, personally we need not any helping group, or rely on others to help us through or validate them in either way, we are capable enough to deal with them on a personal level just commit it to yourself , our self forever, provide yourself with the ambience to express yourself out without any fear of anyone or anything to cry when you are sad, to laugh and jump your heart out when you are exhilarated, to stomp and snap when you are angry, move quickly when you are anxious, to be run away from the fearful situation, and grieve when you lose something or someone, squeal or shout whenever you feel like always remember whole people always accept and honor all human emotions and don’t be coward to express yourself at any moment of your life, no matter whether you are portrayed good or bad and accept all human e motions under any circumstance rather than running away from it, and giving a cool shoulder.

Your life might not be whole right now but once you commit it to yourself towards more holistic one the gradual process then begins of channelizing and expressing your energies and your life will move towards completeness. Your inner heart and soul resulting in your inner life the environment, you desire to where you will be free to feel and then act towards it meticulously but the best and the first part is to be free to feel the feel you want to feel.
