Remember those days when as kids we first started cycling balancing on the left and the right, falling every now and then but again getting up mustering up all courage and enthusiasm started pedalling for the ultimate victory.
Then why not now at a little older age as it is and could be a very effective way of workout, carving the calf and the thigh muscles. Also it would turn out to be an effective and cheap mode of transportation thus reducing our carbon footprint, pollution due to toxic carbons as exhaust fuels inducing a step forward in saving our environment.
Stationary cycles are also an option but in the captivity of a room thus no chances of enjoying the green environment around if you ride your bicycle in the woods, enabling to inhale ample fresh air, thus reducing the toxicity accumulated in the cells, rejuvenating the body with fresh crisp air in the morning.
To push the boundaries of one’s stamina and endurance it will need time, patience, the different set of muscles to work in entire coordination, ones genetic makeup, but once you seriously get into enjoying the power pedal of your bike producing the feel good hormones endorphin and adrenalin you will be addicted to the power of cycle thus promoting others to do cycling more and count its benefits on one’s self-body and its impact on environment.
so lets pledge – ‘IF YOU DONT CYCLE YOU WILL GROW OLD, BUT YOU WILL NOT GROW OLD IF YOU CYCLE….’
